EM22, also known as ‘The East Midlands Graduate Project’ supports Fine Art graduates across the region as they make the transition from university to the professional art world. Eight of the region’s most exciting new graduate artists have been commissioned to produce original work for the exhibition. Each of the artists have built on their successes at university and developed their practice and creativity to produce pieces to attract and engage the viewer.
To get to know the artists exhibiting this year they have arranged some workshops which you can get involved with, free of charge. There are workshops that range from hand casting to painting using soft dyes from plants. It is open to everyone no matter if you are an artist or not! Definitely come along if you’re interested!
