Fuzzy Logic: NTU Fine Art Exhibition
28th—29th April 2023
Opening: Thursday 27th April, 18:00 - 20:00
Surface is pleased to announce Fuzzy Logic, an exhibition by second-year Fine Art students from Nottingham Trent University.
Fuzzy Logic is the culmination of a short residency, and explores the many facets of art and the new ideas developing within the year group. The exhibition brings together sculpture, sound, illustration, as well as every friendship, argument, triumph or strop the group have experienced along the way. One group reflects on the privilege of old men within the art world while another explores the hardships of life through the eclectic collection of Simon, an invented and artificial man. Another group tackles improvisation, exemplifying the sporadic and surreal collection of artworks formed through the preceding residency. There will be opportunities to play, collaborate, or just observe. See the budding talent on display and experience that unique point of development in the centre of their degree: enjoy the rampant variety!
Fuzzy Logic opens in the Main Gallery and Project Space. As always, there will be a donations bar with ales from local brewery, Pheasantry.
Free Entry: Everyone Welcome
