Play Day — A Play Workshop for Adults!
Saturday 21st October, 12-5pm

Working inclusively within the LGBTQIA+ community, #Khaz_TJC is a Nottingham based MA Performance student, visual artist with disabilities, and newly qualified teacher. They are offering 12 adults the opportunity to participate in a day of play in this fun and inclusive workshop involving vocal, movement, costume, puppetry, and the creation of a final skit. Along with play, #Khaz_TJC is passionate about equality, diversity, inclusion and sustainability, which also features in this workshop through the use of scrap materials and the body. Play Day asks:

• Why do adults not give themselves more opportunities to play?

• What could we learn from play if we did?

• How would this change the way we operate in the world?

• Could play bring about positive changes to your life?

Come and enjoy a fun, experimental workshop exploring play in a spirit of connection, creation, and collaboration — a workshop for grown-ups about play!

Suitable for 18+ or 14+ if accompanied by someone 18+
